Returns are accepted on products that have failed to meet build deadlines, issues with build quality, durability (for intended use).

Due to the costs involved with producing custom products and purchasing materials, we cannot provide returns on purchased merchandise due to the customer's improper understanding of colour, size,weight or shipping.
